About Savannah Murphy

Savannah was born and raised in Connecticut before relocating to Florida in 2020 to attend Florida State University. She was an active member of the Real Estate Society and earned her bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from the FSU College of Business.

Following graduation, Savannah remained in Tallahassee to obtain her real estate license and began her career as a Realtor with a large brokerage, where she gained foundational experience in residential real estate. During this time, she developed a strong understanding of client service, market fundamentals, and the day-to-day operations of the industry. This early experience solidified her passion for residential real estate and her long-term goal of transitioning into the luxury market.

In pursuit of that goal, Savannah relocated to Miami in the summer of 2025 to immerse herself in a more competitive and fast-paced real estate environment. She now works with Luxe Living Realty as a Junior Sales Assistant, where she supports senior leadership in daily operations, assists with client relations, and contributes to the continued growth and success of the team.
