Midtown

The goal was to create an urban design that was evocative of New York's SoHo District.

Welcome to Midtown

When Midtown was being developed in 2005, the goal was to create an urban design that was evocative of New York's SoHo District. Located within Midtown are over 50 retailers, chic restaurants and luxurious residences with panoramic views of Miami. Midtown is nestled between two of the most trendy and iconic art districts in Miami: the Design District and Wynwood. Midtown is known as one of the most hip neighborhoods in Miami. It is surrounded by swank art galleries, matchless shopping, and ingenious luxury skyscrapers. Just a quarter-mile west of Biscayne Boulevard, Midtown is central to all the best locations located within South Florida. Many residents of Midtown love its urban, sophisticated, and quaint lifestyle.
