Adam is the founder and managing principal of Mountview Capital, a real estate investment and development advisory practice – sourcing, underwriting, and managing investments on behalf of and in partnership with family offices and private institutions. Adam is equipped to facilitate commercial transactions on behalf of clients internationally.
Adam’s real estate experience spans acquisitions, development, and asset management roles on behalf of prominent institutional investors throughout North America, including pension funds, private equity firms, private developers, and family offices. Adam has represented the managing general partners of controlling equity interests in the planning and execution of a variety of real estate investment strategies, ranging from build-to-core, value-add, and opportunistic spec development, across multifamily, hospitality, industrial, retail, office, and mixed-use sectors.
Previously, Adam was Senior Development Associate at Royal Palm Companies, a Miami-based real estate development practice. Prior to moving to Miami, Adam was Vice President of Global RE Group, the real estate investment arm of a Florida-based family office, where he sourced investment opportunities throughout Europe and North America. Prior to Global RE, Adam worked at Gaia Real Estate, spearheading new acquisitions, and subsequently assumed the role of managing the firm’s multifamily portfolio nationwide. Before Gaia, Adam was a member of Oxford Properties’ real estate development team in Toronto, Canada, and served brief stints in the Canadian Department of Foreign Affairs and the U.S. State Department. Adam holds a bachelor’s degree from Trinity College at the University of Toronto, a Diploma from Sciences Po in Paris, France, and a master’s degree in real estate finance and investment from New York University.
Adam is an avid climber and skier. He is fluent in English, French, and Polish, and is conversant in Italian and Spanish.
