About Eli Soto

Born in Cuba, Eli Soto arrived in Naples, Florida at the age of five. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she soon became infatuated with all things real estate-related, including decorating and staging homes. Her love of the industry started at a young age as she watched her father work as a general contractor. At just 16-years-old, Eli received a job as an Office Manager in Naples working for Platinum Properties. She worked hard, gaining invaluable experience at this luxury real estate company. As a teenager with a busy schedule, Eli handled everything from bookkeeping and scheduling to appointment coordination for the Realtors®. She is no stranger to hard work.

 

After two years at Naples Platinum Properties, Eli went on to pursue an Associate’s degree in Psychology. However, realizing real estate was her true passion, she left school to earn her real estate license. Throughout her years working in this competitive industry, she has become skilled in negotiation, luxury goods, buyer representation, PHP, sales, and more.

 

Prior to joining Luxe Living, Gladys worked at Engel & Völkers where she helped to sell million-dollar listings in prestigious communities, including Porsche Towers and Trump Hollywood. In fact, in less than six months, Gladys helped to close not one, not two, but three major million-dollar listings and several luxury rentals in Jade Ocean. Gladys has also worked for Beachfront Realty where she sold many luxury rentals. Eli's move from Cuba inspired the motto that she continues to share with her clients today: “Home is where you’re most comfortable to step out of your comfort zone and grow.
