Before joining our team, Virgil and his wife, Carina, lived in Charlottesville, Virginia, for four years, where he established himself as a leading real estate professional. In just three years, Virgil helped coordinate over 150 residential transactions, negotiated more than 300 contracts, & successfully managed communication between clients, vendors, business partners, and other real estate professionals. His efforts also made him a leading Hispanic Realtor® in the region, where he pioneered the first ITIN Loan programs in Central Virginia. Additionally, Virgil served as a board member for the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Professional Development Committees of the Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors (CAAR), advocating for the advancement of Hispanic real estate professionals.
Born in Cuba, Virgil and his family moved to Venezuela when he was three, and later relocated to Miami by the time he was seven. He grew up in Hialeah and graduated from Florida International University in 2019. Throughout his journey, Virgil’s family instilled in him the values of faith, hard work, and a commitment to serving others. His background, combined with his experience and skill set, enables him to provide exceptional support to Dora, the Dora Puig Team, and all our clients.
