E11EVEN Hotel & Residences will be Miami’s first residential entertainment destination. Co-developed by Property Markets Group (PMG) and E11EVEN Partners, E11EVEN Hotel & Residences will feature 400 fully furnished and finished luxury residences. Floorplans range from studios to two bedrooms. Plus a Limited Penthouse Collection and 2 Presidential Suites, which include a private indoor swimming pool. Curated by award-winning interior design firm Avroko Hospitality Group, one can expect the residences to come equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and finishes. E11EVEN Hotel & Residences is expected to be completed in the 2nd to 3rd Quarters of 2024.
