The original beach club property owned by Turnberry will give way to this beautifully designed glass tower rising 649 feet above the white sand beach. The 54-story luxury oceanfront tower will be home to just 154 large luxury condominium residences and penthouse homes. With no more than 4 residences per floor, all the residences are “flow-thru” designs with balconies and views that look east to the ocean, and west over the bay for beautiful sunset views in the evenings.
Turnberry Ocean Club’s 154 luxury residences will range from approximately 2,900 to over 10,000 square feet under air with expansive 11-foot deep (minimum) balconies and terraces for additional outdoor living space. Each oceanfront balcony will feature it’s own summer kitchen. The building’s features and amenities will highlight the continuing recognition of Turnberry’s private club prestige.
